issues with website

General Comments:
In all fairness, the rabbit was received quickly, in perfect shape, with the secret code, everything from the seller and amazon was perfect. unfortunately I have had nothing but trouble at the actual webkinz site, and have not yet (in 3 weeks time) been able to use the product as intended. When I go to the webkinz home page and click on new member, i only get a white screen. I have tried every suggestion in the FAQ and technical help section of the site but nothing helps. I am operating a brand new emachine, with dsl internet. My first round of emails to webkinz went unanswered, so i mailed ganz home office, where they did promptly answer me, but with a list from their own tech help page, of things i had already tried many times. my second set of emails to the webkinz site netted me an 800 # to call for assistance M-F and as I write this I have not been able to reach them yet, I suspect the site is fun for kids, but I've been trying to access it for three weeks with no luck yet, so take your chances, or try the site before you buy!

I love rabbits, all kinds of rabbits!

General Comments:
I bought this webkinz rabbit for my 3 year old granddaughter's birthday as that was one of the things she wanted. Out of all the many things she received, this item made her the happiest as she screamed with joy and ran around the house with the rabbit in her arms. I thought to myself, how could receiving another rabbit, as she has so many, especially from Easter, excite her, but I was so amazed and happy to see the joy on that little girls face. Thank you for making my youngest granddaughter's birthday an extra special one.

Really REALLY Cute!

General Comments:
I have this little bunny and I named him Ricky after Rick DiPietro of the New York Islanders because he has a hockey themed room. this little bunny is 8 inches long and 8 inches tall (if you include it's ears) and it's so fluffy! It's also got shaggy parts of thread just like the TY Beanie Babies Punkies.

All in all, very cute, highly reccomended!

One thing; the bunny is hard to find, so if you see it in a store, JUMP FOR IT!
